Chumba frames are handmade in the USA and are designed for years of reliable riding. We pride ourselves on our superior craftsmanship and quality of materials. Instances of warranties are extremely rare and limited to date. Chumba frames come with a Made in USA 3 year warranty on material defects and workmanship. We also offer lifetime crash replacement discount. Warranties and crash replacements are offered for the original owner from the date of purchase. Steel frames must be properly cared for and treated with a frame saver for any warranty to be valid. All steel frames come with this pre-installed. Use of components outside of the recommended compatibility will void any warranty claim, IE: angleset headsets and forks with longer then recommended axle to crown.
If you have a warranty claim or have crashed your frame please complete the form below. We will send an email requesting the following pictures of the bike: detailing the affected area(s), a profile view of the full bike, a picture of the serial number and proof of purchase. Claims will not be evaluated for warranty or crash replacement until completion of the form and pictures of the bike have been sent.
In some cases we may request that you ship your frame to us for evaluation. Chumba does not provide shipping for warranty evaluation. Chumba will ship the item back free of charge if a warranty is found. Component warranties are processed through the individual component manufacturer. We are happy to help you process these warranties, however you will need to remove the defective part and send it to us for evaluation and processing.
