Availability and Order Process
We welcome your calls and email. We are here to help you build the perfect bike! You may place orders over the phone or through the website. Custom orders are best planned over the phone or email. The stock configurations available on our website can be ordered through the website or over the phone. In the event you order through the website, expect a contact from us to discuss your fit on the bike. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want!
All frames in the store available for purchase are in-stock unless labeled as a pre-order or out of stock.
Complete Bikes are built upon order. Please allow 7+ business days for our professional mechanics to build your dream bike and pro pack it for safe shipping. In some cases complete bikes may have componentry that is out of stock at the time of sale. We do our best to keep them in stock at all times, we will contact you if your complete bike is not in stock with additional options.
Some assembly will be required when the package arrives. Generally, the front wheel, fork, seatpost, and handlebars will need to be installed. We give the bike a pro build, but we recommend that you take your new CHUMBA to a bike shop for out of the box professional assembly.
Complete bikes ship in the continental US for FREE! Frame Only's ship in the continental US for $30.

Parts/Apparel: Orders will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Frames: Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Complete Bikes: Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CHUMBA or other parties only as an estimate.
Our easy to use and secure cart system accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Click the cart link in the top right of the screen to view your cart and make changes once you have added an item(s).
Please provide your card's exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.
We accept Paypal, money orders and cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check, or on deposit of Paypal funds and ship only once the funds have cleared. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. You will need to contact us directly if you wish to pay with a method other than credit card.
International orders require a scan of the customers credit card and matching ID.
CHUMBA shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CHUMBA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CHUMBA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CHUMBA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CHUMBA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. You will only be billed for what we ship to you plus shipping cost and sales tax if located in the same state.

It is important to us that you love your CHUMBA equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or to make a return please submit the form above. We will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Our Return and Exchange Policy:
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price, and return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
Returned items must be in new/unused/never installed condition with all original packaging.
Please contact us for any questions regarding returns.
We will gladly accept the return of components that have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase without a restock fee. For information on CHUMBA's Made in USA warranty please visit the warranty page. Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of the incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase without a restock fee.
